By using KaafPulse, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

KaafPulse provides a WhatsApp API gateway that connects your existing WhatsApp number to our REST API. You may send and receive messages via our API endpoints.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Policy.
• Send illegal, obscene, threatening, or defamatory content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Resell the service without written permission.

4. WhatsApp Number Safety

Important: WhatsApp may block numbers that send bulk messages to unsaved contacts, use brand new numbers, or behave like bots. You accept full responsibility for any blocks, bans, or restrictions placed on your WhatsApp number.

Best practices to avoid blocks:

• Only message contacts who have saved your number.
• Warm up new numbers gradually.
• Do not use brand-new or recently unblocked numbers.
• Do not exceed recommended daily limits.

5. Account and Billing

• One Pulse = one message sent.
• Pulses are non-refundable once used.
• Unused pulses may expire at the end of your subscription.
• Accounts are approved at admin discretion.
• Fees are payable in advance.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Service may be interrupted by WhatsApp outages, network issues, or maintenance. We are not liable for downtime or lost business.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your data; we process it only to provide the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

KaafPulse is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• WhatsApp number blocks
• Undelivered messages
• Lost revenue or business
• Third-party service failures

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
