Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with KaafPulse. If the service doesn't work for you, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with KaafPulse within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

To be eligible:

• Request must be made within 7 calendar days of payment.
• You must not have consumed more than 25% of your pulse quota.
• You must not have violated our Terms of Service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

• After 7 days from purchase.
• If more than 25% of pulses have been used.
• Account terminated due to Terms violation.
• WhatsApp number blocked (this is outside our control).
• Subscription renewals (only first purchase is refundable).

3. How to Request a Refund

Email kashif504@gmail.com with:

• Your registered email or username
• Invoice or payment reference
• Reason for refund (optional, but helpful)

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Money will be returned to the original payment method. Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Partial Refunds

For annual plans, if you cancel after 7 days, we may offer a prorated refund minus the used portion and a 15% cancellation fee.

6. Disputes

If you're unhappy with our decision, contact us first. We resolve disputes fairly and quickly.
