• Usage data: Messages sent/received, delivery status, timestamps, and IP addresses.
• Payment data: Billing records, invoices (we do not store card details — payments are handled by third-party providers).
• Technical data: Browser type, device info, and error logs for debugging.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the KaafPulse service, including message delivery and receipt.
• To authenticate your identity and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional notifications and system alerts.
• To improve our platform and provide customer support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with:

• Payment processors to handle billing.
• WhatsApp / Meta as required for message delivery.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove all personal data within 30 days, except for billing records that we must retain for tax purposes.

We use Baileys (WhatsApp library), MySQL for storage, and optional SMTP for email. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
